Responsibilities
- Build robust financial models (DCF, project finance, JV models) to evaluate investment opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for logistics assets such as ICDs, warehouses, cold storage, and multimodal corridors
- Support strategic investment structuring and partnership initiatives with international investors
- Prepare investment memorandums and executive presentations for senior management and Board-level discussions
- Perform sensitivity analysis, risk assessment, and financial scenario planning
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big4 Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Planning
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint capabilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear strategic insights
